There are a lot of free web sites that anyone can view all of the MLS listings in the Chicago area though I can't find any similar sites for the Niles, Michigan area. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Patrick,

The public can search all public MLS sites (homes come right from the local MLS) through the Michigan Association of Realtors(R) website.

http://www.mirealtors.com/consumers/search.html Look for the closest MLS for Niles.

Starting around September, ALL MLS's are being forced to require consumers to provide sign in information including a valid email address. This is part of an agreement between NAR and the DOJ.

Effective July 1, 2008 The State of Michigan requires real estate professionals to disclose not only their agency relationships, but also any services they will not be offering. More information and sample forms can be found at http://www.mi-living.com/index.cfm?pageid=1619 Per State Law, real estate agents must work for the home seller unless under a signed Buyer's Agency Agreement. This can be for one home, one day, a week, or any agreed upon time length.

If you are not able to find a site with Niles homes, let me know, and I'll try to provide another website. I believe there is a large site for most of S.W. Michigan.
