Talk to Royal Mail and ask them. Mistakes happen, but if you can pinpoint why, it might stop future errors.

Do the names on the letters match the names on the redirection? If you have A Smith, B Smith and C Smith, and letter comes for D Smith or E Smith, then the postman must post the letter as addressed. If the name matches, then it's simply an error by the postman. Ring or go to your local delivery office and tell them whats happening.

Sometimes redirection cards go missing, or just get forgotten about, due to the immense pressure on postmen to get out of the door so they can finish on time.

It should never happen though, so speak politely but firmly to the Delivery Office Manager.

We took a form to the sorting office on one occasion and they accepted it. If there is a problem with mail not being redirected, complain. We did and the redirection period was extended to compensate for the errors.

it does happen sometimes. You call them up on Monday and complain.

remember redirect is a completely manual process so subject to human error. You need to get a shift on changing your address on all accounts, utilities, etc etc.

Here's an idea: talk to the Royal Mail.
