You should rent from some little old lady who is not a serial killer. No, in life, there are no guarantees. You pays your money and you takes your chances. That IS what life is all about my dear young man. You are anxious to fly the coop and unless you work full time, you cant afford more than a room.

well no, there is never ONLY ONE option. you have several options if you think about it...

yes you could rent a room, tons of people do

but you could also...

- get one or more roommates and rent an apartment or house

- earn more money by getting a second job or a better job or some other way so that you can afford more

- possibly somthng that has not been thought of yet

Well I live in a room that's rented... just make sure you check out the place before and. And all that serial killer sheet....it's just one of those things that morons exaggerate, kinda like how parents tell their kids come home before dark or they'll get kidnapped... Serial killers won't be renting off rooms to people... the worst your going to get is loud or noisy or dirty room mates...

use Craigslist but make sure its a safe area. I rent for 425. With everything and the area is nice mostly look what kinda cars people drive.

I'd say split everything equally by 4...
