Looking for a good Property Management Software?

Hello, i am looking for a good property management software. I am an owner of a comercial complex and would like a software to help me manage my complex i.e rents and other stuff. An software developed for india markets would be better. please suggest me some good ones.

My "software" for this is a few spreadsheets. On one I put each property, the rent and what is paid each month. On one I put expenses, by month. On one I have regular expenses and when they are paid. I don't really see why you'd need more than that but if you do then add a spreadsheet or two, don't over complicate this.
