We are getting ready to sign a contract to build a new home. Builder wants us to get a Const-Perm loan instead of an end loan.

Does anyone know a reason why we should not do that? Thanks!

No reason I can think of. The biggest difference is when the contractor gets paid. There will still be inspections and scheduled draws, so you are protected.

Good luck!

some. reality, to think approximately; with homestead expenditures dropping nonetheless, that's, in ninety 5% of all circumstances, plenty greater economical to purchase and alter what you like than that's to construct it from scratch.
