We are getting ready to sign a contract to build a new home. Builder wants us to get a Const-Perm loan instead of an end loan.
Does anyone know a reason why we should not do that? Thanks!

No reason I can think of. The biggest difference is when the contractor gets paid. There will still be inspections and scheduled draws, so you are protected.
