Renting..she being so polite.?

My girlfriend's trying to rent an apartment, and there is a certain type apartment she wants. In order to help get it is being extra polite. Its annoying me. Saying thank you! I appreciate it. Ending a email in have a great day. " I apologize for the double email" Its a decent size on complex. 80 units. I really don't think they care.

Does her "politeness" help?
I got apporved for a rental with being polite..I said thanks once..she said" she wants to make sure she gets the unit she wants, or at it might help her it"
Shes also trying to be pretty persistent. Follow up emails/text.
I told her on my alartment I didnt do any of that and I still was able to get mine
I guess she wants the one facing the river
Is this actually helpimg her?

It does not hurt but it does not help. Renting is not a popularity contest. It really does not matter how nice of a person she is. If she does not qualify they will not rent to her no matter how nice she is.

Why in the world would that annoy you? It's just aa basic level of politeness, not excessive at all. Might not make any difference, but why should it bother you?

all she has to do is pay the fees required and the deposits, qualify for it with her income and sign the contract

Being polite is always helpful, however I do find that sometimes being a ***** can sometimes be MORE effective than being Ms. Friendly. I think she needs to just ask for what she wants, and not rely on manipulation. My question is why is your girlfriend so fake?
