I'm looking for a free site that shows all the MLS properties in my area, both current listings and recent solds. I don't need full property details but I do need asking / sale price and DoM.

I hear that sites like Zillow.com and ZipRealty.com display only a portion MLS listings.

Do you know of a site that shows ALL listings?

There isn't one. You have to be a full paying member in order to view MLS listings.. the closest thing is Realtor.com but you can't get any thorough information about a property. Best Wishes!

www.realtor.com

You WILL NOT get the days on the market unless you are an MLS member.

That information is specifically reserved for licensed Realtors who pay into the service.

Also, you won't get recent solds either...that is more information only reserved for license Realtors through the MLS service.

Remember that the Board of Realtors on a local, state and national level CONTROL the MLS, because it belongs to them, and licensed Realtors have access to it because we pay a very high price for it.

That is why you can't find the information somewhere else, b/c they don't sell it to someone else.

That information is only available to full paying dues members of any local MLS. You can easily get it by obtaining a real estate license and then paying whatever it costs to gain access to the MLS. Trust me....it's NOT inexpensive.

MLS organizations and their databases are paid for and supported by real estate members, and they're not going to give away what costs them substantial monies.

Sold data is not available on any website. If you want CMAs, hire an agent.
